Thursday
Clear the due-today MEC4407 minutes, use the 11:00 supervisor meeting to lock the FYP paper structure, and get a real start on the 7 Oct BMS pitch — because the festival deletes the next two working days after tomorrow.
Dropped to tomorrow's free morning (the last working block before the festival): the systematic-review drip, the Fuse1 Nylon print file and the BMS PPD item. Note the Sunday 10-12 review drip and the Airbnb hour both fall inside the festival window — they are gone for Week 9.
Send the three chase emails — Kelly (systematic review due date + oral component), Wordley (final report 16 Oct vs W12 Thu), MMA2005 coordinator (portfolio date) — and paste any replies into one note
Slipped yesterday and it is the cheapest 20 minutes in the semester: the systematic review due date is still unknown 9 weeks in.
Write the W9 team-meeting minutes directly into the MEC4407 Team Drive doc and submit them
Due today, 1%, and staff read the Drive revision history — written offline and uploaded it does not count as evidence.
Draft the ENG4702 final-paper outline (headings + which ENG4701 result tables carry over) and take it into the 11:00 supervisor meeting for sign-off, then send the section split to Daniel and Soumil
The paper is a hurdle on 19 Oct and the mid-sem-break drafting window is already gone — today's meeting is the only free chance to lock the structure before Weeks 11-12.
Write today's MMA2005 practical into the notes portfolio, then backfill the W6-W8 portfolio pages against the worksheets
Portfolio is a pass/fail hurdle that caps the unit at 45, and the worksheet is only fresh for a few hours after the 4-6pm practical.
Build the BMS3052 Research Translation Part B campaign skeleton in the deck — campaign message, target audience, two citation-backed evidence slides
Pitch is Wed 7 Oct with slides emailed to the tutor before class, and Sat 3 - Sun 4 Oct is festival — only Friday, Monday and Tuesday are left to build it.
Draft the detailed-design section in the MEC4407 Team Drive doc — geometry, component list and material selection through to a readable draft
50% of the unit, no extensions, due 16 Oct, and yesterday's slip means it now competes directly with the W11-12 wall.
