Wednesday
Campus Wednesday: bank the W9 minutes while the standup is still fresh, then put the first real words of the 50% MEC4407 report into the Team Drive doc tonight.
The calendar was unreadable, so this is planned off the standard Wednesday rhythm — if anything extra was added, the evening blocks move. Dropped BMS3052 PPD (2%, Fri) and the bulk of RT Part B work: PPD fits Friday morning, and RT Part B (9%, Wed 7 Oct) now has only Mon/Tue of real room because the festival kills Sat 3-Sun 4 Oct.
Send the three chase emails — Kelly (systematic review due date + oral component), Wordley (final report 16 Oct vs W12 Thu), MMA2005 coordinator (notes portfolio date) — and paste the replies into one
The systematic review still has no due date and the MMA portfolio date sits in the half of semester you are now in; 13:35-14:00 is the only dead on-campus gap today.
Write the W9 team-meeting minutes straight into the Team Drive doc and submit them
Due tomorrow, and it is 1% plus the attendance record — it only takes 25 minutes if it is written in the 15:00 gap before gym and not reconstructed from memory tonight.
Turn the ENG4701 progress report into the final paper skeleton — headings, the recoil/dogboning/foreshortening result tables pasted in — and send the section split to Daniel and Soumil
Tomorrow is meeting 11-12, FYP lab, then the MMA practical, so the 11am supervisor meeting is the last point this skeleton can be shown; today's evening is the only slot before it.
Draft the detailed-design section in the Team Drive doc — geometry, component list and material selection through to a readable draft
50% of the unit, due 16 Oct, no extensions and no special consideration — and staff check revision history, so yesterday's skipped version has to be rewritten live in the doc, not offline.
Export the Fuse1 Nylon 12 print file, confirm it slices clean, and leave it submission-ready
Due Friday and Friday is seminar then gym then straight into the festival, so the file has to be ready to hand over on tomorrow's campus run.
Write the outstanding MMA2005 portfolio pages for W6-W9 against the practical worksheets, finishing with a written gap list
Pass/fail hurdle whose date lands in this half of semester and a missing page caps the whole unit at 45; yesterday's portfolio block never happened, so this closes the gap rather than re-opening W1-W5.
Screen and extract 30 minutes of the systematic review into the review spreadsheet
Sunday's 10-12 drip slot is gone to the festival, so this is the displaced drip, not extra — and it is mechanical enough to run at the end of a long campus day.
